Certificates Issued Under Various Schemes (CTS / COE / TTC / ATS)

1. For Trades Running Under State Council of Vocational Training (SCVT)

• SCVT Provisional Certificates (Mark Sheets) are issued at the level of Head of the Institute.
• State Level Trade Certificates (SLTC) — original certificates — are issued by the State Directorate Secretary SCVT.

Timeline: SCVT Provisional Certificates are issued within 20–25 days, and SLTCs are issued within two months after declaration of results.

2. For Trades Running Under National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT)

• NCVT Provisional Certificates (Mark Sheets) are issued by the Directorate Secretary SCVT.
• National Trade Certificate (NTC) / National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) — original certificates — are issued by the Directorate General of Training (DGT) and signed by Secretary NCVT.

Timeline: NCVT Provisional Certificates are issued within 15 days, and NTCs/NACs are issued within one month of result declaration.

3. Certificate Fee

For all certificates (semester-wise, consolidated, and original), only a one-time fee of ₹100 is charged from trainees during the first semester exam.

4. Duplicate Certificates

• Fee of ₹100 is charged for issuance of a duplicate certificate.
• Applicants must submit a copy of the FIR and an affidavit along with the request.
